Wedding invitations for WhatsApp, with RSVPs in one place
Send a personal WhatsApp message with your SaidVows invitation link. Guests open the invitation in their browser and use its RSVP form; their replies collect in your dashboard instead of getting lost among chat messages. Every publishing plan supports link sharing.
The sample shows the guest experience. Demo RSVPs are not saved.
Plan access and pricing
WhatsApp link sharing and a downloadable QR code are included with Lite €10, Premium €29 and Luxury €79. Lite supports up to 200 guests and one published invitation; Premium and Luxury support unlimited guests with two and five published invitations respectively.

Practical example
A personal message to send with your link
Replace the placeholders with your details. Send the message yourself in WhatsApp; SaidVows does not send automated WhatsApp messages.
Hi [guest name], we’d love to celebrate our wedding with you on [date].
The venue, timings and RSVP form are here: [your published invitation link]
Please reply through the invitation by [RSVP deadline] so we can confirm the catering. Love, [your names]
A WhatsApp message delivers the invitation; the form records the RSVP
A guest saying “we’ll be there” in chat does not automatically create an RSVP in SaidVows. Ask them to open the invitation and complete its form so their attendance, additional guests and meal notes reach the same guest list. If a relative needs help, record the response in your dashboard yourself and check the details with them.
Guests do not need a SaidVows account to open a published invitation or reply. They do need access to a browser and an internet connection. For someone who prefers paper or a telephone call, use the same dashboard to keep their manually recorded reply with the online responses. Choose a communication method that suits the person rather than requiring everyone to use WhatsApp.
Check the link before sending it widely
Open the published guest link on a phone and a computer. Check the names, date, ceremony and reception times, venue address and RSVP questions. An editor preview is useful while building, but the link you send guests should be the public invitation link from the manager, without an owner preview parameter.
Try the link in one private conversation first. Messaging apps may cache a preview, so judge the current details on the invitation page itself as well as the chat thumbnail. If you change a venue or timing, save the invitation and send a short update asking guests to revisit the same link. A silent edit may be missed by people who already made their plans.
Make the message clear about who is invited
Use the names of the invited people in your message and state any household or additional-guest expectations politely. A link can be forwarded, so avoid sending it into a large public group if your celebration is private. A personalized introduction is also easier for a guest to recognize than a bare link from an unfamiliar number.
Luxury includes password protection for the invitation. If you use it, give invited guests the password through a channel you are comfortable with and test the complete opening and RSVP flow. A password controls access to the page; it does not stop a recipient from forwarding the message or sharing the password. Keep that practical limit in mind when deciding what personal information to include.
Use reminders and QR codes where they help
Premium and Luxury include email reminders for pending guests with saved email addresses. You choose when to send them from the manager. These are email reminders, not automated WhatsApp follow-ups. For WhatsApp-only contacts, send a personal reminder yourself and include the RSVP deadline and invitation link again.
All plans include a downloadable QR code. You can put it on a paper keepsake or sign so guests reach the same invitation without typing a URL. Check the printed code on a phone before ordering a large print run, and keep a readable link or another way to contact you for guests who cannot scan it.
Questions before you start
Does SaidVows send WhatsApp messages automatically?
No. You share the link or use the WhatsApp sharing control, then choose the recipient and send the message yourself.
Will a reply in WhatsApp appear in the RSVP dashboard?
No. Guests should use the invitation’s RSVP form, or you can manually record their response in the dashboard.
Will the invitation link change after an edit?
Saving changes to the same invitation keeps its existing link. Tell guests about important updates so they know to open it again.
